The Local Foods Campus will be an all encompassing local foods destination point for the Colorado Front Range. Located on the Historic Bromley Farms property in Brighton, Colorado we are binging new life the historic farm buildings.
The Full-Scale Food Processing and Packaging Facility, will create a state of the art facility for local farmers, food artisans, and producers to craft local foods and products of the highest quality.
Office Space, both physical and virtual, will be available to the many varying groups, non-profit organizations and others dedicated to the success of the local food movement. Bringing all of the key players in the industry together under one roof will stimulate and help amplify the success of the industry as a whole.
The Local Food Company Accelerator and Incubator will provide local food companies access to capital and capital formation expertise so desperately needed in this industry, in addition to opportunities to work with nationally recognized industry leaders in marketing, advertising, business strategy, distribution avenues, and much more.
The Educational, Teaching and Community Outreach, will educate the next generation of food entrepreneurs on topics from farming to the culinary arts. We are currently working with several educational groups including: city and county school organizations, both public and private; colleges and universities; and local organizations focused on the importance of local food.
The Local Foods Retail Center will display the complete process of the local food chain. From the greenhouses on the campus where food is grown, to the shelves and refrigerated areas, the Retail Center will be your destination of choice for all things local.
